Battle Dex
Battle Dex is a free to play (but you can pay to get stuff) strategy game, that can be defined as a mix between Advance Wars and Magic The Gathering (or any average card game for that matter), as you control modern combat units and use a deck of 12 cards with special powers to try to win in the hex ...

Re: Wesnoth 1.9.0
Amazing changes, but having 512 RAM and using MS Windows XP i find 1.9 to be very laggy overall even when i never had any lag problems with BfW before.
Is this something that can be solved in any way or is just a matter of upgrading to something better than this ancient PC?

Re: Ancient Lich
I haven't played TRoW so i don't know a lot about the liches there, but from all this discussion i think the best solution is to keep the level 3 Lich, give it a level 4 upgraded Lich for undead baddies in some campaings and have keep the Ancient Lich a side unit but making it a level 5 and only to ...

Re: Heir to the throne: the siege of elensefar
You have a decent recall list and enough gold so i'm guessing it all comes to a lack of tactical understansing of the game so it would have been better if you posted one of you replays to see what the problem really is. In my case, i took the other path (the peninsula instead of the Island of the De...

Re: Scenario Review: LoW 3 - Ka'lian under Attack
(7) What, if any, are changes you would have made to the scenario to make it more fun? Maybe I am the only one, who would have needed it, but a hint that shamans can't heal, but stop poison would be nice. Because without shamans defending the castle against that many assasins is quite difficult. Wh...

Re: is RNG broken here or is it scenario?
I placed a 99xp Wraith in her keep, making her unable to recruit and unwilling to attack the Wraith.
But yeah, the way that event is implemented right now is rather unintuitive. Make her hard to kill, but not impossible.

Re: help with DID-A small favor (hard)? [done, replay]
Maybe it's because i'm really obsessive with doing scenarios the best way possible, but by the time i got to this scenario on hard i was very over prepared. Didn't even tried to sneak once i knew i could just killed the leader, so i sent my two Nightgaunts to assasinate him. I reloaded a few times (...

(1) What difficulty level and version of Wesnoth have you played the scenario on? 1.8.3 Hard. (2) How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10) 5 (just to finish it) and 7 (finish it the way i wanted). (3) How clear did you find the scenario objectives? Leave no one alive, clear enough. (4) How cl...

(1) What difficulty level and version of Wesnoth have you played the scenario on? 1.8.3 Hard. (2) How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10) 3 (probably a 5 if the enemy leader would have not gone kamikaze against my units in the first turn). (3) How clear did you find the scenario objectives? ...

Re: StarCraft II
It's all user-created. It has spawned entirely NEW gametypes. WC3 had the DotA map (Defense of the Ancients), which has spawned a new genre with a half dozen games in it (I just interviewed today for one of those companies). All of this is purely user-created and fantastically awesome. Actually, Do...

Well talking about content, many old units have seen a new live. And only one Campaign? Few upgrades and abilities, so basicly not much new stuff.... Let's see: http://sc2armory.com/game/terran/units/marine Comparing to http://wiki.reliccommunity.com/Space_Marine_Squad Single Unit against Squad wit...

Re: Siege of Elensafar - The Thrill Has Gone AKA Advice on H
First of all, I'm starting with 159 gold on Hard - not enough you say? Well, I've played the preceding levels honestly and with the new 40% carry over I don't see how I can really improve on that even if I were inclined to go back to the start. It seems you need to learn on of the great skills in W...
