Re: Imperial Era
One more thing. There seems to be a bug with the revised Seal. Submerge only works if you delete the line that says {NOTE_SUBMERGE} from each of the Seal files. That's interesting. I wonder if that's caused by the recent changes to special notes or not. I'll have a look when I can. In the mean time...

Re: Imperial Era
I was wondering whether some of the new unit ideas I proposed earlier in the thread will be implemented. Anyone know? I have no plan to do so in the near future. I remain the father of two kids under two with little free time, so I'm not likely to do any significant updates. If you'd like to run wi...

Re: Imperial Era
Formation seems to work for me ingame, actually. It's just Auctorias that's nonfunctional. Great! How do people feel like it works? Is it making the Lavinians more tactically interesting to play? Version 0.25.7 with correct capitalisation and functioning Auctoritas ability now uploaded. Thanks all ...

Re: Imperial Era
Typo. Should be "Auctoritas" You're right that it doesn't seem to be functioning as intended. I am not sure what the issue is. Here is the code as it currently stands: #define ABILITY_IE_AUCTORITAS [leadership] id=ie_auctoritas value="(25 * (level - other.level))" cumulative=no n...

Re: Imperial Era
I also thought that I'd successfully fixed it. I will take a look and see if I can find the issue. Input from others very appreciated, I'm very rusty and I was never a WML wizard to start with.

Re: Imperial Era Art Project (Workin' on Orcin')
A way that I've found it useful to think about the Sidhe and Issaelfr thematically is that they were once both part of the same Elvish people (something like the mainline elves), so their designs should reflect that to some extent. The Issaelfr 'went native', adapting to the local environment, mater...

Re: Imperial Era Art Project (Workin' on Orcin')
Hi Amorphous, Sorry for the slow reply, I've been on break for a good while. Lizards look great, I'll put them in the next release. Thanks so much! As for the iceboys, I'd certainly love to see edits that make them more alpine and less generically Elfy where we can. I suspect we need greater colour ...

Re: Imperial Era Campaigns
Thanks Atreides. I've made that fix in my local version and will push it along with a couple of other balance changes some time soon.

Re: Imperial Era Art Project (Workin' on Orcin')
Oh hey! I remember this thread!
Thanks Amorphous, he looks great. Is there any chance of could I also trouble you for a version without a rider at all, please?

Re: Imperial Era Campaigns
I _think_ that the recruitment pattern can cause this which is why I've deleted it from all the eras I ported. That is absolutely the issue! The fighter's usage line was blank so I doubt the AI knows about it. Looking at this I reckon it recruits way too many Furies and not enough Raindancers, eith...

Re: Imperial Era Campaigns
Will you port more campaigns to 1.16? So far the only IE campaigns on it are Up from Slavery and Tale of Vaniyera - particularly weird since Alfheim the Wise and Gali's Contract were on 1.15, but didn't get ported to 1.16. If you're interested in me doing so, I will. It takes an investment of time ...

Re: Imperial Era
There is a bug with advancement from Retriarius - the resulting unit is still called Retriarius (judging by its description, should be Retriarius Maior), and they are also missing AMLA data, and as such cannot get any exp at all. It was reported in one of the campaign threads before. The Retiarius ...

Re: Imperial Era Campaigns
Well, if your opponent is playing Sidhe well and only using wanderers, raindancers and ghosts that's not all that surprising to me. I suspect the fighters low cost just doesn't justify how badly it's outgunned by all the other options.

Re: Imperial Era Campaigns
Thanks Atreides. I've finally had time to look at these and I've fixed all the issues mentioned and uploaded a new version of this and the IE to the 1.16 add-on server. I'm very surprised that you've never seen Fighters. They're not campaign-specific at all, though they did used to be called Warrior...
