Re: Orocia Random Mod
A new version of the above. I reworked the macroes so that they allow any number of sides in principle, therefore: I ported the old 6 players map from 1.8 of Orocia (TMP) ; it supports the same waves as a 3 players one, giving less initial gold seems a fair balancement, seems much fun, but still nee...

Re: Orocia Random Mod
Well, there are difficulties macroing the scenarios in 1.12 because options use unique ids, but in 1.13.7 seems to be possible and as far as I tested Orocia works, despite we are still far from being able to play Orocia on 1.13 as we do (Ageless Era was missing until a few minutes ago, Switch Leader...

Re: How could a scenario check on its multiplayer id?
Lua can read current scenario id. However, orocia does not use that. So, scenario id should be safe to change still. However, I could replicate your situation. Looking. Debugging revealed that difficulty setting is not saved. I see that [options] id has to be unique across all scenarios that have e...

How could a scenario check on its multiplayer id?
Hello! Probably the question has an easy solution that for some reasons I can't see. I am currently working on Orocia Random Mod in an attempt to macro the functioning of the map so that adding new maps for that game is easier. And I am puzzled by the fact that picking the add-on as it is, changing ...

Re: Orocia Random Mod
Instead of being a single scenario sharing several maps (default, two suns, frozen, fall), could it be more practical as several scenarios sharing a single big macro? Doing this way, the chosen map would be correctly shown in the MP lobby. Moreover, the advantage could be that we could manage also D...

Re: The Settlers of Light: Story Development
Reading your ideas, it seems to me that: You want your story to be coherent with AtS, IftU and UtBS. This campaign seems to be about some Aragwaithi setting up a new home (as UtBS), rather than about the ultimate destiny of Irdya (as IftU or AtS are) Starting from this assumption, I have some though...

Re: The Settlers of Light (1.9.12+)
It's good that someone mantains this campaign. The plot seems interesting. :) However, the game has some problems, showing up particularly at Tunnel Vision scenario. *Firstly, I dont know how, but Cryssa seems required in Tunnel Vision (as of both defeat conditions and dialogues), while in my game s...

Re: The War of the Dragon
War of the Dragon svn on UMC-Dev I am having no technical problems so far playing it on 1.10 up to scenario Broken_Bridge, though it is rather difficult. To play, check it out from svn into your add-ons folder. On Ubuntu Linux the command looks like this: cd .local/share/wesnoth/1.10/data/add-ons/ ...

I enjoyed both AtS and IftU, no bug found. Mal Keshar is simply amazing! Waiting for the end!

Re: The War of the Dragon
The campaign seems not to work on 1.10, not even it opens. I would like to help, but i dont know how to work on campaigns. But, indeed, if anyone is interested in porting it on 1.10 or later, i can do some alpha testing in spare time.

Re: 1.9/1.10 SP Campaign - Bad Moon Rising
Do a few skirmishes to build up some level 2 units first, then try again and try to keep all your units in one group. Use attack dogs if you've got any. Yes, but also strategy is important. Other suggestions: *There are units more useful at the beginning than others. The abilities allowing you to r...

Re: Wose on other languages
I opened a topic about italian translation only http://forums.wesnoth.org/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=37614 . Since my suggestion is https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/dendroide , maybe there is a similiar word in Greek (or Ancient Greek) that can help you.
