Glad to help, this campaign is awesome! -Ah, I don't think the add-on server icon is that important anyway. Changing the "khalifate" to "dunefolk" in line 33 of main.cfg will make the icon show up in the player's campaign menu though. -I am sorry to say that I have more bad news ...

I added a 6th puzzle now! Maybe you didn't extract the files? You need a program like 7-zip that can extract compressed files, then right click on the file you downloaded and select Extract All.
(Also I assume by most recent version of Wesnoth you mean 1.12.6, since 1.12 replays won't work with 1.13)

Most campaign authors just put their campaign on the add on server and wait for people to play it and comment. Sometimes people will also post their works in progress on the forum before putting it on the add-on server.

I think what you want is to set it to unlisted - then it won't come up in searches but anyone with the link can view the video.
