I think many people rightly considers elvish scout as weakest line in rebels fraction. He's not only expensive but also easy to die quickly. He's advantage is moving better than human riders and calavrymen. I propose to increase his hp, reduce the cost to 15 and meele attack increase to 6-3.

It is literally harmful for your unit to kill attackers. If the attacker survives with like 1 hp it's often not a big deal. If he dies another attacker with full hp can jump in his place............. When patch?
