Here is a simple random campaign. It never ends, and all you ever fight are the outlaw units. I will upload it so people who want to work on a random campaign will have some place to start. It needs to be unzipped to the data\scenarios folder. I created it on 0.7.11 so I am not sure it works on 0.8

Firstly, recently the way {inclusion} of directories in WML works has been changed. Instead of being recursive, as previously, it is now non-recursive. This is to allow better control over what is included, exactly.
