Hi, HellRider220.

Thank you for the feedback! I'm glad you liked it. :)

(8): It's nice of you to say so, but for now I'm not planning to make another one. Of course, if I feel like it, I'll inform you. Please don't expect much.

I'm not sure what happens to the swords themselves. But there is another question. What happens to Vita's soul? I have my own answer to it. However I ended up just highlighting the swords because it was a bit difficult to implement the idea. Possibly, I'll make changes to some parts of the last scene in a later version. In the meantime I'll leave it to each player's imagination.

All you need is selfless love for the undead.

the swords cant be bloody cos macabre just fought undead in last part of campaign
and he had to cross a small bridge so the blood would have been washed away :geek:

(8) Do you have any additional comments?
(1) 1.0.5 on BfW version 1.8.6
(2) normal
(3) 7
(4) The one with five races united against you, I thought it was a bad joke at first. Eventually I cheated through that scenario.
(5) 9, so far my second favourite UMC and 4th overall. Always fun to play the bad guy and Macabre is one of the most evil guys in Wesnoth universe in my opinion  .
(6) Recruting all those unique zombies, so the start and the last mission, although extremely long even for last scenario, it was quite interesting from the beginning until the end.
(7) Maybe make some scenarios easier, specifically the one with five enemies.
(8) Although I find story quite interesting and original there is one inconsistency. The characters that you kill (Merrin, Boreas, wose...) hate the undead but when you turn them into zombies they join you very easily. Now this wouldn't be a problem but you say that they keep their ability to reason... I doubt that if they could think for themselves they would have that extreme change of heart. Maybe expanding dialogue, saying they are in some way influenced by Macabre but still can think or they get amnesia when they get zombified (just throwing ideas from top of my mind).

Oh, and about Vita, from the last screen I got the impression that she was still bound to Macabre's swords. If I'm right then poor Vita :(, she will be bound there for eternity... Macabre died and went to afterlife so even in death they won't be together :(. Sad story.

Did he ?
I thought one of the reasons necromancy was so frowned upon is because undead do not have afterlife ?
(isn't it more or less stated in Delfador's Memoirs ?)
