1) Both teams at Wesnoth chat choose 1 number from 1 to 10.
2) Any player generate 1 random number and press "share" to get public link. That generation would have timestamp (with seconds).
3) Which team's number closer to random one, could choose side (repeat, if both team's numbers are equally close).

I doubt that you will get someone to do that, maybe like 1-2, but you can try XD
I just prefer to keep it like this, becouse there are lazies that never host games :P

4. Round System:

Players will play against every other team once per round

Teams will be separated in Two Groups (for exemple) composed of 4 Teams each for Round1.
Teams with the lowest points will have to fight eachothers (1 game) to decide who will be eliminated from the tournament.
