ERROR Wesnoth 1.17 Beta Windib not available

so just downloaded wesnoth 1.17 but it's can't even start
im running on windows 10

both got same error. i guest it's my computer's fault

i can't even update my windows 10. whta do i do? should i burn my computer?

I can't really answer about other issues your computer is having. For the original issue, it looks like for some reason it's using the wrong SDL video driver. Likely you need to set it to use SDL's windows driver instead of windib.
