Leadership style defense buff
This is an idea for an ability that functions like leadership except it buffs defense rather than damage, maybe by 10-20 percent. Does anyone else think this would be good idea?

It is easy to implement as teacher-based ability.

There is one in LotI that increases resistances, but not defense.

To be honest: defense buffs are usually not a good idea, because they can lead to long, boring battles with a tendency towards stalemate. If you're going to use this, I would recommend doing it sparingly (for example, you might have just a single magic item in a campaign which grants this ability).
