Do you have a save file of this error? That is a bugI had an error message pop up near the end of the scenario, repeated several times – "[random_placement] failed to place items." This didn't break the game or seem to cause any problems going forward. I'm guessing it was because the game was trying to put down more of the enemy guard units near the entrance and that area was already completely clogged with fighting.

Here it is (hopefully; I haven't tried attachments on these forums before). You can see the error message even just by running the replay, on the last couple of turns.
