Dissapearing Champion

In this save game there is a champion on the field. Once I beat the main bad guy and go to the next level he no longer shows up in my recall list :(

Your one champion, Faraldor, is not on the recall list, because he is already deployed on the battlefield when the scenario starts! He's right next to Konrad, and says some things.
