New forum

I am proposing a new forum: a "Web" (or "Forum") forum. This would be where posts about how the forum just crashed, changes to the forum, wiki, etc., would go. It might also contain topics about other websites involving Wesnoth. Currently people put them here (or in Off-Topic), but I think that it makes more sense to make a new forum.

Also, I have a question about the forum. Is there any way to stop it from marking all topics as as being read when I log out?

Don't trust that people will post to this forum when they change Wiki. Idea of Wiki is that you just have to press edit and add/fix things.

I don't really think the proposed forum would get enough traffic to be useful, except when the forums do crash - and isn't that what the Tech Support forum is for?

er, I meant major changes; I realize the point of the wiki is to change it easily.
