Removal of redundant Galleon.
Basically, we've got both the "Galleon" and "Transport Galleon". The galleon is stated to exist only for "move-unit-fake", and has dummy values for its stats. I'm pretty sure that, long ago, someone wanted to use this thing as an actual unit in a campaign (SotBE, IIRC), and thus created a second unit, rather than modifying the original.
I think we should delete "Transport Galleon" (at least in trunk) after porting all of its stats to "Galleon". One unit can do what both of those do.
Any objections?

well, they have different graphics, which is worth keeping.
Feel free to PM me if you start a new terrain oriented thread. It's easy for me to miss them among all the other art threads.
