Save armies and bring them to any campaign or scenarios?

It would be a waste to finish a campaign and never use the army you've built ever again - so nice if you can import existing armies from any saved game into any scenario, campaign or multiplayer play. This would act like a new game plus for campaign. Then ofcourse, it would only be valid on multiplayer if the other party agrees.

Umm...I think it doesn't allow exporting to multiplayer maps and scenarios
