Missing DLL in Windows Beta Build

Hi all,

Today I went to play Wesnoth (Windows, 1.17.24) via Steam, but it wouldn't start. I located the .exe and ran it, and was met with the following error message:
"The code execution cannot proceed because libssp-0.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

I downloaded the game from itch.io instead (1.17.24 again), but came across the same problem.

I was able to fix the issue by downloading the stable build from itch.io (1.16.10) then copying libssp-0.dll from the stable folder into the beta folder. The same fix also worked for the Steam version. So it seems like the file somehow got left out at some point...
