Am i working the MP map editor right????

This is what i do:

1)I go to prefrences and make it windowed mode(in case i am not saying it right its the mode where you can see the desktop.

2)I look up at the top of the screen where i see in this order the icons: Battle fo Wesnoth, Folders, Editor, window,and web.

3) Next i click on the editor iconand it opens the pge for creating campaigns but it wont let me type anything.

4) Also if i click on the tab while in the editor: Senario map is that where i make it.........if so when i am done what do i do with it to play it.

So i dont even know if i am in thre right place and if i am i cant type anything.

I need help!!!!!!

Not being able to type anything is a known bug. When you are done with the map, click the "export" button at the bottom of the map screen. You can also check out the sticky in scenario and campaign development for another map program to try.

When I have the map done it goes to the destktop.

Then I put the map in the Perferences in folder finder icon

Then I go to data/campagins and i put the map in there am i doing this right

Where do i put it??????

It should go in editor/maps not data/campaigns
