Are there any campaigns where you can't lose?

By this I mean that there is literally no defeat condition. No matter what happens you play all the scenarios in the campaign.

Incidentally this is how most wargame campaigns work in games like Steel Panthers or Panzer General.

Add last breath event which heals your units, and set current turn to turn limit -2 every turn.

I'd think a lack of defeat condition would lead to softlocks; it'd be possible to get into situations where you literally can't do anything
