Downloading Campaigns and MP packs using browsers?

I would like to download some MP Packs and Campaigns on a computer in my office. Unfortunately the admin has blocked most ports and now I cant download anything.
Is there any way to download MP Packs without using the download option in Wesnoth?

Go to http://campaigns.wesnoth.org. The stuff should be there.
