The Nifians can communicate with the animals to such extent that the elves are envious. It is because of this that they include units like Gryphon Knights and Tree (wose) Archers. I have posted rough drafts for what the units might look like. I'm only working on this faction when i'm not busy.

Fire 40% - they live in the desert and have high heat tolerance
Low water speed and def.- they are not used to fighting in the water
