Which is the real terrain during battle??

Hi everybody...

This is my first post, so don't blame me for the silliness of the questions

!!!

However, I was wondering: when I attack an enemy unit, on which terrain the battle takes place? The one of the attacker or the one of the defender?

Also, exist a map-editor?

Both get defenses based on hexes they stand. If you stand in forest and attack unit on grassland: your chances to score a hit are based on your enemy standing on grassland while enemy chances scoring hit to you are based on you standing in forest.

There is a map editor, but it's not very good. If you tell us the platform you are on, we can tell you how to get it.

The way most people edit maps is using a text editor.
