I think he looks great.

Changing that sword made a big difference in dinstinguishability as well. I like it!

It might also be a good idea to have him grow a pixel or two taller. (He might already grow a few pixels, I can't tell - if that's the case, make him grow a few more.)

Somehow i liked this little guy:)
But the outline was to heavy. So here is my IMHO optimized version.

The holding of the knife needs still some work i think:)

Why not give the Bloodborn a more realistic weapon like a spear? Wooden spears are cheaper and easier to produce than daggers and are more useful in a pitched battle. Bald naked guy with a knife doesn't look very threatening, even for a level 0.

It also leaves room for a level 1 Impaler advancement with a very appropriate name...

Well, it's supposed to be a small knife... I don't believe that a knife is more expensive then a spear actually...

No problem. It was a good base for a centaur:)
but change the hand and knife. It looks still somehow false
