Recent mass-rebalancing
In recent releases - namely, 7.16 - 7.20 - a huge number of units from all faction have been rebalanced: Damage, cost, XP and sometimes other stats like resistance and HP.
Can someone explain, or link to an explanation of, the motivation for this mass rebalancing? And perhaps give some qualitative impression of how they are affecting gameplay?
