20180917 22:38:18< gfgtdf> hk238, no i don't there are many possible sources: bad addons, cheating players, players that changed engine files/addons, engine bugs, players using outdated wesnoth versions.
20180917 22:39:32< hk238> there were total of 3 players who had OoS "Sinter", "gal" and "ddarko" but two players who did not  have oos "Yendor", "Kidzin". Still it was just yesterday that I played a game with gal, so it seems weird there was an Oos. The unusual spike in the number of players getting OoS was also very improbable
