For Terrain, Archaic Resources add-on has already been mentitoed, it contains one futuristic castle (steel castle) and some flat terrain which looks like ... hmm how to put it... futuristic? For ww units, 1.12 had battle for westfront and there's a recent thread in the forums where someone made tanks/infantry. I'm sure there's no shortage of tank sprites, somehow
