Has anyone already tested my add-on Honeycomb. I created a new faction with 6 recruitable units. The idea is minimalism. So there is no terrain defense, no traits and no randomness at all. That makes it more a chess-like game. The add-on also contains two MP scenarios specifically designed for this faction. You can recruit one new unit every two turns and each unit has its strength and weaknesses. For 20190509 20:29:53<+wesdiscordbot> example, the Bug is a solid but slow tank, the Ant is an extremely fast Skirmisher, the Fly is a powerful glasscannon. Bugs defeat Ants, Ants wipe out Flies and Flies counter Bugs. I really would appreciate some feedback about that add-on. 20190509 20:40:55< Ravana> I tried it out against ai 20190509 20:41:38< Ravana> main impression was that it is so much of glass cannon that starting player has advantage 20190509 22:58:23<+wesdiscordbot> I actually don’t feel that the start player has such an advantage. In 2p, the second player can recruit an ant, which makes it much easier for him to react with Ants against Flies, with Flies against Bugs and with the Queen itself against Isopods. 20190509 23:51:26-!- celticminstrel [~celmin@unaffiliated/celticminstrel] has joined #wesnoth-umc-dev --- Log closed Fri May 10 00:00:46 2019
