Re: Draft of the plan to refactor the preprocessor

Since readability/understandability is a concern, is there a "coding style guide" that we would like to use to "proofread" the code?

Re: dating and love

Hmm can you give some details: Edit: these are personal details, PM if you don't want to declare this publicly. @moderators, this is okay? 1. How old are you? 2. Are you a part of any clubs/organizations? I would say make yourself a better catch. Some factors off the top of my head that could matter...

Can I ask for career advice?

I asked for some career advice over at the forums of electronicspoint.com . It's been three days and not really much uptake so I'm asking here just in case anyone has good advice. See link to my thread below. Hoping I could get an online job hopefully involving electronics hardware and software but...

Public Project Management Dashboard for Development

I'm sharing an idea with the project manager: Abstract: Make a visually appealing real-time project management dashboard that is stickied in the wesnoth website and forum for all the public to look at, and possibly even influence to a certain degree. Rationale: Maintain buzz/excitement among players...

Re: How to enjoy hard campaigns when they go wrong

So, part of what I'm looking for is fresh approaches and fresh pieces of "curriculum" -- what else might I be able to learn that would improve my skill while still being fun? I have several answers to this question: Multiplayer default/ladder era: Your habits and knowledge of dealing batt...

Re: Wesnoth 1.14.13

The memory leak thing probably happened to me. I always thought it's because of the computer starting to get hot which made it start becoming sluggish and, slow, and laggy after a while. Thanks team for finding time out of your day to work on wesnoth.

I tried to just maximize the window. I get 1280x657 resolution.....
Well, I'll be content now with how it is thanks for suggesting things to try.

Re: Cannot get 1920x1080 to work properly

So are you saying that the resolution changes when wesnoth is in fullscreen mode? What happens if you just maximize the window? Perhaps tell your window manager to hide window decorations then there is no difference to fullscreen anyway. Yes the resolution immediately changes to 1280x720 and the ga...

Cannot get 1920x1080 to work properly

I am using a Samsung Smart TV as my monitor using an HDMI cable. When Wesnoth is in fullscreen, the resolution selector is greyed preventing me from picking any resolution other than 1280x720. When in windowed mode, 1920x1080 doesn't appear as an option. I tried editing the preferences file in order...

Re: Changing the forum structure for campaign feedback

Perhaps it's not that intuitive for users to know that the appropriate place to post feedback about a campaign as a whole is in the "Mainline Campaign Development" subforum, given that there is also a "Mainline Campaign Feedback" subforum? Someone in this forum once told me every...
