My computer's nothing great...
I was wondering what the minimum requirements to play this game are?

By the way, it looks great, and the second I find out I can run this game I'm giving it a try :D

Wesnoth shouldent require anything remotely high end. We could give you a much better idea of what the requirements to run it are if you told us what opperating system you are using.

Slackware 9.1 so Linux.
CPU is a Celeron running at maybe 500MHz with 384mg SD-RAM
No idea video card, I guess onBoard, maybe 16mg.
Hard drive's not an issue, unless this game requires 20gb :P

Err

It dose require around 20gb of space :(

I think the rest should work fine. Emphasis on the think. Try downloading the Linux Binary and see if it works for you.

I'm not sure if you're joking here, but it requires 20mb, not 20gb ;)

I have a system that is about that fast (notebook running Linux Debian, 500 MHZ Celeron, 256MBSDRAM, some lousy onboard graphics) and it has lots of reserves when playing BfW. So, it should run fine

PS: My only complaint is that BfW isn't gentle enough with my sound card and occassionally kills my sound for a few hours :( , but that has nothing to do with speed, and who knows one which driverlevel that problem is rooted...

I am running BfW fine on a 500 mHz PIII with 256 MB RAM and 8MB Nvidia Video Card.

Well I think that nobody can beat me: Wesnoth runs fine on my disposable machine - Pentium 200 MMX with 128 Mb RAM - on both WinNT 4.0 Server and Mandrake Linux 9.1... ;)

This is one of the reasons I selected Wesnoth as the only distraction from serious work on this machine hehehhehehheh :)

I'll try... P133 64 Mb RAM, Debian unstable. Scenarios with a cast of thousands run a bit slow. Otherwise very entertaining!
