New Dark Sorcerer, male. Hair made wilder, metal color dulled, ragged cape added.

New huntsman. I just realized that he's only as tall as the trapper and needs to be biggerized a pixel or two still, in addition to the usual clean-ups.

I must say that I still have problems with that leaning back thing. It almost looks like...well, a picture is worth a thousand words:

It depends on the specifics of how it is done; right now, it doesn't quite portray it correctly, but it's intended to look like a martial arts pose, coiled-up like a serpent ready to strike. So, yeah, it needs some work.

 God that edit is a win.

I hope someone expands this into a (seldom occuring) idle animation...

Finally finished and committed the Dark Sorcerer, and a female version thereof. For those who are wondering, the graphics can be seen below:

To me, the Dark Adept line still look like the hands are either stubs or bent downwards 90 degrees at the wrists.

The latter is possibly intentional (the whole "preying mantis" evil minion hand postion); however I still might revisit it. If you have a visual change in mind to fix this, by all means, please try your hand at it. I'm only one guy, and I'm well aware of the limitations of my own imagination. :(

Updated List:
Jetryl:
• Bone Shooter Line - Done.
• Dark Adept Line - only L3 left.
• Necrophage Line - almost done with the animations for L2
• Bat Line (with help from Turin) - no additional work done

Eternal:
• Soulless - eh
• Deathblade - base frame nearly done

Etc:
• Ghost Line - some concepts hashed out

Another one.
Just say stop if you see something which catches your interest.

Image

Note sprites are tested against ingame backround and do look actual better ingame.

She's a hard one to trust, And he's a roving ghost. Will you come back, will you come back, Or leave me alone?

No, please do carry on; two imaginations - yours + mine, are far better than one.

Also, the necrophage has (finally) been committed - the color scheme was similar to, but with some evolution from "red belly".

I had a bit of a play - what do you think? (They're heavily modified Quesican monk hands).

P.S. I haven't forgotten that other thing you assigned me, I just need to free up a decent sized block of time to work on it.

better...

the bottom one's left hand is particularly good.

the right hand (particularly the top one's right hand) have a bad case of merger of the hand and the TC belt...

not sure how to fix that

I had another go at the hands - including an alternative solution to the problem. :P

BTW, this is in the Art Dev forum because it was initially a response to Jetryl's post. If you think it's more appropriate in Art Contrib, please feel free to split it off...
