Tournament Thread Rules
In order to keep this forum organized, there are a couple of rules that should be followed when posting a new thread for a tournament:
1. The thread's title should be prefixed with the current status of the tournament. These values may be:
2. Each tournament should have only one thread in this forum. Do not make a separate thread here to discuss a particular replay or match-up, for example - the Strategies & Tips forum would be the appropriate place for that.
3. Threads that start with
1. The thread's title should be prefixed with the current status of the tournament. These values may be:
[Discussion] - An idea for a tournament is being discussed, but may or may not happen.
[Open]/[Join] - The tournament is open for people to join.
[In Progress] - Sign up is closed. The tournament has begun, or will begin soon.
[Complete] - The tournament is over, whether that means a victor has been declared or it has been discontinued for any other reason.
If a thread becomes inactive for more than three months, then its status will be edited to [Complete] by a Forum Moderator. If that is incorrect, or if the tournament becomes active again at a later date, the tournament organizer may update the status.[Open]/[Join] - The tournament is open for people to join.
[In Progress] - Sign up is closed. The tournament has begun, or will begin soon.
[Complete] - The tournament is over, whether that means a victor has been declared or it has been discontinued for any other reason.
