String freeze

Yet again we have declared a string freeze in preparation for a possible release. No changes to the original strings may be done until either release or the string freeze is lifted for other reasons.

Translators are encouraged to update their po-files towards cvs, which have been updated to reflect the frozen string set.

We look forward to many translation updates *smile*

For how long is the string freeze?

Please give som warning before end of string freeze.

String freeze will hold until we either make a new release, or we for some reason or other decide to postpone release (and this happens OFTEN), in which case the string freeze will be lifted.

Since we do not know when/if release will happen, it is difficult to give an advance warning, but usually the string freezes are lifted by one of the 2 above mentioned reasons after a week or so.

0.9.0 has been released, and string freeze is thereby lifted.
