(1) What difficulty level and version of Wesnoth have you played the scenario on?
Easy. v1.18. I should note that my version of "easy" has two self-imposed "ironman" rules: #1 No save-scumming, you roll with the RNG no matter how unlucky you are. #2 If you are defeated, the whole campaign is over and it's back to the first level.
(2) How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10)
5. The fighting in the center was pretty intense. I liked that the player is forced to recruit all the different drake types; that way the player gets more familiarization with the faction and you can’t just lean on one unit type.
(3) What did you think about the dialog and story?
It was foreshadowed since the first level that Karron was bad news. After her defeat I expected her to fly into a rage or swear vengeance. But for her to saying nothing was, I guess, even more ominous. I liked how you get a big neutral audience for this contest of arms.
(4) What were the major challenges you faced?
Getting used to drake-on-drake combat. A fight where almost everyone has poor evasion was new to me; pincering the enemy so they couldn’t move/escape proved to be almost as useful as killing them.
(5) How fun do you think the scenario is? (1-10)
8. Fun.
(6) What suggestions do you have to make it more fun?
None.
